HOLIDAY IN THE NETHERLANDS
Lotus Sailing offers all-inclusive sailing trips for family, friends or singles on the natural Wadden Sea or the IJsselmeer with its various picturesque harbors. Sail with hoisted sails for a weekend or a week and enjoy a holiday in your own country.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT ON BOARD?
Our ships don’t sail by themselves. We always need a helping hand with that. But before we go sailing, we first have a nice drink, we show you around the galley, the common living area and you are assigned your cabin.
Once sailing you don’t have to help, of course, but you can. We care that you enjoy. For one, it’s lazing on the deck and for the other it’s discovering the art of sailing.
WELCOME ABOARD IN HARLINGEN OR ENKHUZEN
We have two antique sailing boats with Harlingen and Enkhuizen as home ports. If you sail with us, this is your boarding point. Our Tjalk called Lotus has 20 sleeping places and our Klipper Waterwolf has 26 sleeping places.
You will be welcomed on board by our skipper Olaf or skipper Erik. They have both been sailing in Dutch waters for more than 30 years. They will therefore tire you endlessly with passionate knowledge and interesting facts about Dutch flora and fauna. But they also take you to the most undiscovered places that the IJsselmeer and the Wadden Sea have to offer.
